At BLK E-Commerce, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This page outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and return policies.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping times may vary based on the vendor's location and your shipping destination. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note that each product in our marketplace is shipped directly from our vendors. If you order multiple items from different vendors, you may receive separate shipments.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location. Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Some products have specific return restrictions due to their nature (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items). These restrictions will be noted in the product description.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Log into your account
- Go to your order history
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. Here's what you can generally expect:
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. International shipping can take 7-21 business days.
Delivery Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons (like holidays), severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please check your order tracking information. If there appears to be an issue, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please take photos of the damaged items and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
For damaged or defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement once we receive the returned item.
